Imaginix is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Prompts: Text prompts you submit are sent to Hugging Face for image generation. We do not permanently store your prompts.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics (page views, generation counts) may be collected to improve the service.
• Generated images: Images are generated in real-time and returned directly to your browser. We do not store them on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

Image generation is powered by the Hugging Face Inference API. Your prompts are sent to Hugging Face's servers to generate images. Please review Hugging Face's privacy policy at huggingface.co/privacy for details on how they handle data.

3. Cookies

Imaginix uses only essential cookies required for the application to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of user-generated images or prompts. All generation is ephemeral — your image exists only in your browser unless you download it.

5. Children's Privacy

Imaginix is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
