Imaginix provides AI-powered text-to-image generation using open-source models via the Hugging Face Inference API. The service is provided free of charge and subject to availability.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Imaginix to generate:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Content that depicts real individuals in false or defamatory contexts
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content sexualizing minors
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spam or automated bulk generation without prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

Images generated by Imaginix using your prompts are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to Hugging Face's model license terms. The Imaginix platform itself is open-source (MIT license).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Imaginix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, image quality, or suitability for any particular purpose. The service may be interrupted at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imaginix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
